Africa, Rwanda, Kigali. Women for Women project. Celine Thyinoukundo (40) being interviewed and translated by Jane. Celine has been orking her way up through loans from buying a sewing machine, to a house, to land. Her husband who used to beat her now has new respect for her as an income generator (he's a builder). She now has her own bank account as well as a joint one with her husband, uses mobile money to make payments on her phone and shows off her intricate sewing abilities.
