Her husband drives a bus and gets a profit from each passenger. He earns about $8-$10 a day. Not as many people ride the bus here in Mandalay, he could make more in Yangon where more people ride. Their total family income is about $16 a day. She is requesting a $500 loan from BRAC so they can get some products to sell in her sister’s shop.
